FIANA is pleased to announce our New 2010 Training & Strategic Planning Committee. The Floor Installation Association of North America has members representing every aspect of the flooring industry. Our community connects the manufacturers and distributors at a training and planning level to help encourage development of top quality products, skills and knowledge about those products. Training and Strategic Planning will be making a difference every day on the job for our members. We invite you to become a part of our community here at FIANA and join us as we introduce new technologies that will make a difference this year.

Our Goals:

• To develop a comprehensive training program for FIANA members. These programs would include Sales, Marketing, Product Knowledge, and Business Management.
• To work with other inductry associations in developing training programs for floor covering installers.
